Quick answer: For 2027, Humana offers Gold Plus HMOs and several PPOs in Volusia and Flagler, including two plans that reduce your Part B premium. Humana Full Access Giveback (H7617-111 and H5216-393) is not offered in Volusia for 2027, so members there need a new plan by January 1. We’re appointed with Humana and can compare its 2027 plans with other carriers between October 15 and December 7.
Humana is one of the most familiar Medicare names in Volusia County, and a lot of people we sit down with are on a Humana plan today. For 2027 the lineup shifted: one popular giveback PPO is leaving Volusia, and the remaining choices split clearly into HMOs with low out-of-pocket limits and PPOs with more flexibility. Here’s what the 2027 Summaries of Benefits and CMS data show.
